Not at all a pleasant experience for adults looking for a more relaxing experience. Problem is, that wasn't enforced, and we got to enjoy with screaming, splashing, canon-balling kids the entire time we were in there. My only complaints were thus: we were told there were no children allowed in the pool area after 10pm - which sounded great as we're night owls and using the pool / sauna / whirlpools from 10 till midnight when they close didn't seem too late for us. We decided to spring extra for the 'new wing' rooms, and were not disappointed. Genuinely funny comics, no charge for the show but a two-drink minimum (I'm Scottish, so that wasn't a problem -) Rooms were very nice for the price. The comedy club was a very pleasant surprise. Were pleasantly surprised to stumble upon a teensy little Italian place (Serafina's, maybe? Right on the main street going through town - probably the only Italian restaurant in all of Canyonville) we were SHOCKED at how good the food was! We took enough home to eat lunch the next day (fridges in the rooms at Seven Feathers), so we got over not eating at the casino. Unfortunately, as our visit was not on a weekend, the damned restaurant wasn't open (the coffee shop was, but we were wanting for a nice supper), so we ventured into 'town' to try to find something decent. The spa is a great (if pricey) place to get the girlie stuff I've come to associate with mini-vacs: nails, facial, massage, and a blow-out made me feel human again, and set the tone for the rest of our stay. I stayed here with a friend I don't get to see often, and a kind of 'in between' place to spend a few days catching up and doing the girlfriends thing.
